Manufacture Center

  1. Two automatic SMT lines. Achieve high speed, precise, fine patch work. Using vacuum suction materials, laser identification for patch.
  2. TR7710 detector uses a high sensitive 6.5Mpix high speed color camera with 10 µm optical resolution. Prevent unqualified PCB board from flowing into production line.
  3. Three connector wave soldering pipeline. By controlling wave crest parameters, the overall effect of connector welding is guaranteed.
  4. Automatic three proofings spraying line.
  5. The TF-550BL coating machine controls the thickness and position of the three-proof spraying through program setting. The board turning machine is set up in the middle to ensure that the front and back of the product are sprayed by the three-proof spraying machine, which saves the time of changing the board in the middle and improves the efficiency.
  6. The aging chamber, which is designed and built independently, adopts feedback load and aging automatic detection system to ensure that mass produced products undergo comprehensive aging test before the follow-up inspection process.

-The charging module can be installed horizontally, side standing or upside down. If upside down installation is used, please contact our company to customize the front panel without a handle.

- For small orders, we send goods by FedEx, DHL, UPS, express service on door to door term. 
- For large shipments, we send goods by sea or by air in containers.
